so i’m at the mcdonald’s with the best playplace having a fun playdate with my sista, and here comes this work of art. i appeared to be snapping pics of my kiddos, but really i couldn’t find a more perfect subject for this week’s theme. check out the scarf, too (it only reached about 100 degrees today). all i gotta say is… wow. the best part was how patient he actually was with his little 2 year old. fun times at the good ‘ol mcdonalds.
now check out sara tegman‘s take on this week’s theme is.

Ha love this Aubs! I love being a people watcher, it is the best thing ever!
I love this “work of art”….dig the get up. So fun!

Ooooh, I would love to know his story. So many fun people to meet at a McDonalds.
Oh I’d rock that scarf! I love how Presley is totally cheesing it for you. You rocked McD’s girl…
Totally love his scarf! Good job Aubry!
A survivalist? Veteran? Just your everyday ordinary citizen?
The camo pants and seemingly matching scarf, along with the concealment vest in a state (AZ) that upholds the Constitution (the RIGHT to keep and bear arms) would make me think twice about messing with this guy. The lanyard on the handle of the (probably sectional) cane would suggest that it unsheaths a knife. I could not tell the type of belt he is wearing, but I am willing to bet it’s one similar to a 5.11 or Wilderness Tactical Instructor Belt.
I would not be “going McDonald” (being unruly or try to do harm to the place) when someone like him is around.
Interesting subject.
Poor guy just doesn’t know!
lol love it!
Classy! I can’t say my mcdonald’s attire is usually much better
